Terms & Conditions

Meraj Codes provides the following freelance services:

• Custom Android application development (Kotlin / Java)
• Cross-platform Flutter application development
• Firebase integration and backend solutions
• REST API integration and networking
• Mobile app UI design using AI tools
• App maintenance, bug fixes, and performance improvements
• 1-on-1 online tutoring in Android, Flutter, Java, Kotlin, Python, C, C++, HTML & CSS

All service engagements are agreed upon individually via direct communication before any work begins.

Before any project commences, both parties will agree on:

• Scope of work — features, deliverables, and platform targets
• Timeline — estimated delivery milestones and final deadline
• Pricing — fixed price or hourly rate as mutually agreed
• Communication channel — WhatsApp, email, Fiverr, or Freelancer

Any changes to the agreed scope after work has begun may result in revised pricing and timelines. Change requests must be communicated in writing.

• Payment terms are agreed per project before work begins.
• For projects placed via Fiverr or Freelancer.com, the payment and refund terms of those platforms apply.
• For direct projects, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due on delivery.
• All payments are non-refundable once the agreed deliverable has been delivered and approved.
• Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you as the client. Meraj Codes retains the right to:

• Display the project in its portfolio (unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place)
• Retain and reuse generic, non-project-specific code utilities and libraries

Third-party libraries, SDKs, and frameworks used in the project remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licences.

• The number of revision rounds included is agreed upon before work begins.
• Revisions within the original scope are covered at no extra cost within the agreed revision allowance.
• Post-delivery bug fixes caused by our code are addressed free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
• Ongoing maintenance, new features, or support beyond this window is billed separately.

All project details, business ideas, and client information shared during an engagement are treated as confidential. We will not disclose your project information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please request one before sharing sensitive information.

• Tutoring sessions are booked and paid for in advance via Fiverr or as directly agreed.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.
• Session recordings, notes, and materials provided are for your personal learning use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
• The tutor reserves the right to end a session early if the student is disrespectful or violates agreed learning objectives.

Meraj Codes provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from third-party platform outages (Google Play, Firebase, etc.)
• Business losses resulting from app performance post-launch
• Issues caused by changes made to the code by the client after delivery
• Delays caused by the client failing to provide required assets, feedback, or approvals on time

Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service in question.

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when making contact
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to block access to any user who violates these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or from service engagements will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
